This book is dedicated to all my family members and friends who
are vegetarian including McCoy Burford, Jody Burford, Sage Nelson, Jay
Nelson, Heather Nelson, Alyse Nelson, Wes and Erika Hotchkiss, Addie
Olson and Sarah Posner. This is not meant to be offensive to any
non-vegetarians in the family, but just an affirmation of a certain way
of eating. This book is also dedicated to the fact that vegetarian food
can taste good. Often restaurants will serve vegetarian food prepared by
a non vegetarian cook, and for some reason it seems to be assumed that
vegetarian food has no taste. To compensate these cooks over spice. Too
